Your pet's comfort is our top priority. We want their stay to be low stress and FUN! Whether your pet is racing around one of our many play yards with their friends, snuggling up with their favorite staff member, jumping into one of our wading pools, or learning to swim in the big pool, we want their comfort and wellbeing to be our top priority.

All our guests enjoy daily room service (housekeeping), raised beds, abundant fresh water to drink (water buckets are sanitized daily) and lots of TLC. To help your pet enjoy their retreat experience we provide: soothing music, climate-controlled spaces, and a routine schedule. Pets staying with us have the opportunity to participate in an adventure activity and an enrichment activity each day.

Options

Lodges: Our Lodges offer personal spaces, that are 5ftx5ft indoor and 5ftx10ft outdoor. Our outdoor spaces are partially covered so your pet can lounge outside comfortably. Our goal is to make your pet feel right at home during their stay! Lodges are $34 a night, per dog. 2^nd dog same lodge is $26 a night.

Cabins: Our Cabins offer a private, exclusive experience for your pet. Our cabins are 6ftx8ft indoor and 5ftx10ft outdoor. The calming interior of our cabins include: special décor, personalized entertainment and luxury beds. These outdoor spaces are partially covered for your pet to relax the day away! Cabins are $43 a night, per dog. 2^nd dog same Cabin is $34 a night.

Lodge/Cabin Enhancement Packages

Enhance your pets' stay by choosing one of our care packages based on your pets' individual needs:

Bronze Package — 2 regular meal times with owner provided food. This package is included in your choice of accommodations.

Silver Package — We feed your food your way (2-3 meals a day, owner provided, multiple ingredients allowed), 1 adventure activity daily, unlimited meds given if needed (injections are an additional fee). The Silver package is an additional $7 a day, per dog.

Gold Package — We feed your food your way (2-3 meals a day, owner provided, multiple ingredients allowed), 1 adventure activity daily, unlimited meds given if needed (injections are an additional fee), PLUS 1 enrichment session, daily picture updates and our Pet Health Guarantee. The Gold package is an additional $14 a day, per dog.

Adventure Activity — Single or group social play in one of our many outdoor adventure areas. Our adventure areas are: securely fenced, grass yards with shaded areas for optimal comfort and fun. Our yards range in size from small and intimate to large and expansive where dogs can run to their hearts' content.

Enrichment Activity — We offer an extensive variety of enrichment activities ranging from cognitive, sensory, staff Interaction, special events to theme days and more! TWI publishes a monthly calendar of our enrichment activity schedule. These enrichments are tailored to your dog's specific needs.

• Cognitive activities: puzzle games, cup games, obstacles courses, etc.
• Sensory activities: scent games, lick mats, bubble play, etc.
• Staff interaction activities: story time, cuddle puddle, fetch, etc.
• Special events include: birthday parties, costume parties, photo day, etc.
• Theme days include: Pirate day, beach day, holidays, etc.

Enrichments activities for dogs involve physical, sensory, food, cognitive and social activities that engage their minds and bodies. Research shows engaged dogs are happy dogs, which will result in a more calming and restful stay. Enrichment combines mental and physical challenges using their high energy and intelligence to prevent boredom and build focus.

Pet Health Guarantee

Your pet's health is always our #1 priority. With that in mind, we have created our Pet Health Guarantee program for clients that choose to participate. The program covers the cost of unexpected illness or injury while your pet is staying with us up to $400 per stay/Day Camp package. For our lodging guests; the Pet Health Guarantee is only valid for one stay of 14 days of lodging or less If you'd like to have your pet covered for longer than 14 days due to your reservation being longer, then you must renew this by the 14^th day of your reservation. This program excludes pre-existing conditions, breed specific conditions, illness due to expired vaccinations, and bloat. Claims must be reported to TWI Pet Retreat management within 48 hours of check out and pet must be seen by our designated facility veterinarian — Cave Run Animal Clinic. This program is included in our Gold Package or purchased for $15 per stay, per dog. In addition, this program can be attached to Day Camp packages.

What should I do to prepare my dog for its first day?

Is it your pet's first time staying with us? Consider a day of Day Camp, (individual or social play). This will help acclimate your pet to the routine and will help to make your pet more comfortable during their stay. Be sure to read through our checklist on what you need to bring with your pet!

Cat Boarding

Our Cat accommodations are away from the dog areas. This keeps the environment quiet, homelike, and stress free for your favorite feline friend. Cats have a large condo in which to stay and enjoy adventures outside their condos to lounge, explore the cat tree, and various ledges placed along the wall. Bright, large windows bring in lots of natural light and create a pleasant environment for the cats to enjoy. Truly a Cat Oasis! Condos are $18 a night, per cat. 2^nd cat same Condo is $11 a night. Cabins are $23 a night, per cat. 2^nd cat same cabin is $17 a night.

Any checkout after 11 a.m. will incur a late checkout fee.

Dog/Cat First-Time Visit Checklist

1. Email, upload to client portal or bring a physical copy of your pets vaccinations records (Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP)
2. Behavior Profile for each dog
3. Boarding admission Form- Be sure that we have Emergency Contact info.
4. Pet Food — Pack your dog's usual food and be sure to pack enough for the duration of their stay plus an extra day or two. We would appreciate it if you packed your pet's food in either pre portioned packets or large Ziploc bags. If your pet is on a special diet, we will make sure to follow your instructions. Please do not bring large bags of food as we do not have the storage space available.
5. Medications- If your pet takes any medications, make sure to bring that and directions for proper dosage. We ask that you leave their medications in their original packaging (Prescription bottles, etc.)
6. Creature Comforts — We understand that dogs like to have a blanket that smells like home. This gives your dog something familiar to snuggle with and makes bedtime a little cozier. You may pack a small blanket, (50"x60") one per pet. Please understand that we cannot guarantee its return or in the condition that you left it with us. Please do not bring blankets with a lining.
7. Toys — We are sure your dogs enjoy playing with their toys at home. While visiting with us, your dog's day will be more active than at home, we have found that dogs in our care really don't play with their toys as much because of the activity they are involved with throughout the day. Please leave those precious, favorite toys at home for your pet to enjoy once they return.
